The main aim of the project is to provide free mental health support to children, young people and their families in three districts: st. Warsaw . Support in the form of prevention, education and therapy is provided through an intersectoral coordination network utilizing the resources of the local community. The project includes the implementation of innovative solutions for the deinstitutionalization of social and medical services for children and adolescents experiencing mental crisis in the Warsaw districts of Ochota, Śródmieście and Ursus.
The project was planned for implementation in the local community, based on the model of community mental health centers, which is part of the contemporary reform of child psychiatry. In addition to the leader, the Independent Complex of Public Open Treatment Facilities Warszawa-Ochota (SZPZLO), the partners in the project are the Masovian Neuropsychiatric Center (MCN)/sp. z o.o., a Masovian institution with a nationwide reach, specializing in the mental health of children and adolescents, and a non-governmental organization - the Zerwane Więzi Foundation (FZW), operating in the area of community support, families at risk of exclusion and having their children taken away, in achieving a proper level of functioning in social and professional life.
In addition, the following informal collaborating partner is: Ochota District of the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw, Śródmieście District of the capital city Warsaw and the Ursus District of the capital city Warsaw in individual institutions: OPS, ZOZ, PPP.
